2022年7月5日，國務院部門文件《商務部等17部門關于搞活汽車流通 擴大汽車消費若干措施的通知》 在支持新能源汽車購買使用部分提出：積極支持充電設施建設，加快推進居住社區、停車場、加油站、高速公路服務區、客貨運樞紐等充電設施建設，引導充電樁運營企業適當下調充電服務費。
On July 5, 2022, the State Council department document Notice of the Ministry of Commerce and Other 17 Departments on Several Measures to Activate Automobile Circulation and Expand Automobile Consumption proposed in the part of mountinging the purchase and use of new energy vehicles: actively mounting the construction of charging facilities, accelerate the construction of charging facilities such as residential communities, parking lots, gas stations, expressway service areas, passenger and freight transport hubs, and guide charging pile operators to appropriately reduce charging service fees.
在全球變暖以及汽油價格上漲的情況下，新能源汽車的數量在未來預計將會呈現快速增長，配置的充電樁基礎設施也會越來越多，但是我國充電樁與新能源汽車的比例約為1：3，許多較為偏遠的地方甚至沒有充電樁。
